Please note that booking is essential as spaces at each class are limited.
You will need to bring your own mat, but props are provided.
Each class has a slightly different focus – hopefully there is something for all to enjoy!
Sunday Morning Flow
Time: 9.30am – 10.45am
A friendly 75 minute vinyasa flow class, ending with a long relaxation.
This class is most suitable for those with at least some experience of yoga practice. We flow with the breath and incorporate some more challenging postures.
Price: £15 drop- in, or £75 for 6 classes
Monday Yoga for You
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Slow flow and Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels.
Monday classes always incorporate some element of flowing with the breath, but are accessible for most people with reasonable levels of fitness.
Price: £12 drop-in, or £60 for 6 classes
